Andrew Gurza makes disability accessible to individuals and their organizations through his work as a Canadian Disability Awareness Consultant.

I focus on the lived experience of disability everyday and explores how that feels. Whether people are talking about accessibility, travel, transportation, health care, attendant care, or anything else that affects the disabled population, there are people and stories that need to be heard.

We rarely hear from people who are living the experience of disability, and through my consultancy work I share my lived disability experiences and build a platform that gives people a starting place to understand more fully how disability actually feels, countering abled people’s lack of understanding with real, lived experiences that are both eye-opening and paradigm-shifting.

Previously, I was the co-founder and Chief Disability Officer of Bump'n, a sex toy company for and by disabled people.
